All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom-made jewelry may take 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of checkout.
