Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom pieces, engraved items, grillz, and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@stmichaeljewelry.com with order details and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
